Out-of-home is the oldest form of advertising. This is the product it never had.
Dropsignal puts an ad for every thing you sell on screens people pass every day. This is the story behind it.
The story
Outdoor advertising has always worked. A screen someone passes on the drive in, at lunch, at the gym, on the way home does something a feed cannot: it puts you in the physical world your customers already move through, next to nobody else's bid.
Online, catalog advertising is enormous. Point Google or Meta at an inventory feed and every item gets its own ad. Physical space never got that product, because creative was manual. So outdoor stayed sold the old way: one creative, one flight, a start and an end date. Nobody sold continuous coverage of a changing catalog.
Dropsignal is that product. We look at your website and make an ad for every thing you sell. If it has its own page, it gets its own ad. The ads run on screens across your trade area, each with its own keyword, so when somebody texts, you know exactly which one they saw.
How it's different
One ad per item
An agency prices per concept, so the answer is one ad. We make one for every thing on your site and keep the set current: list something new, it gets an ad. When it sells, the ad comes down. One subscription, one website, cancel anytime.
Planned from your business
The plan comes from where you are, what you sell, and how far people will travel for it. That is your trade area. We pick the screens inside it that people pass every day, and you see the whole plan on a map in your preview. Then we tune it, every month, trying to get you more texts.
Screens that text back
Every ad carries its own keyword, in your colors and type. When somebody texts it, they get a message back with a link to that thing's page on your site, and you see every answer as it comes in. Every play is logged by time, place and creative. Delivery is guaranteed; response is counted.
Who's behind it
Dropsignal is built by Archway, an AI-native studio founded by Christian Aaselund. He spent over a decade as CTO at Clear Channel Outdoor, building the technology behind digital out-of-home advertising, and was an early sponsor of the medium's move to programmatic.
That experience is where the mechanics come from. Dropsignal buys the same screens the national brands run on, the same digital billboards and transit shelters, and plans every buy from the advertiser's side of the table rather than the seller's.
