Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dropsignal ("the Service"), operated by Archway Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Dropsignal places podcast promotions on digital out-of-home screens in U.S. metros. We provide screen placement, creative generation, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You must have the right to promote the podcast content you submit to us.

Content and creative

You retain ownership of your podcast content, cover art, and episode metadata. By using Dropsignal, you grant us a license to use this content to generate and display promotional creative on digital screens as part of the Service. We may adapt your content for screen formats and display requirements.

Payment and billing

Pricing is listed on our website and confirmed before any campaign begins. Presence subscriptions are billed monthly. Advance campaigns are billed per the agreed schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Screen delivery

We work with third-party screen network operators to deliver your campaigns. While we make every effort to deliver the agreed impressions and placements, exact screen availability may vary based on network conditions and inventory. We provide proof of play for all delivered impressions.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For Presence, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Advance campaigns run for their agreed duration.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to promote content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline or remove content that violates this policy.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
