Dropsignal is a project of Archway Ventures LLC. This policy explains how we handle information collected through dropsignal.co.

What we collect

What you give us. Your name, email address, the website address you enter, and any cities or details you tell us about. If you buy a campaign, our payment processor handles your card; we never see or store full card numbers.

What we read from your website. When you enter a URL, we fetch that page and use what is publicly on it, such as your business name, description, and images, to build advertising creative for you. We only read pages you point us at.

Text messages. Ads we run carry a text keyword. If someone texts it, we receive their phone number and their message so we can reply and count the response for that campaign. Those numbers belong to that campaign only. They are never pooled across advertisers and never sold. Full terms are on our SMS page, including how to opt out.

Usage data. Basic analytics such as page views and referral source, so we understand how people find and use the site.

How we use it

We use your information to build and show you your ad, to run and report on campaigns you buy, to answer your questions, and to improve the product. We may send you occasional updates about Dropsignal. Phone numbers collected through a campaign keyword are used only to reply to that person and to report the response to that advertiser.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We don't sell phone numbers, and we don't share one advertiser's responses with another. We don't run advertising on this site, and we don't use your data for anything beyond operating Dropsignal.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services for hosting, data storage, payments, message delivery, and basic usage analytics. These services process data on our behalf to operate the Service, not for their own purposes. Screen network operators receive the creative to be displayed; they do not receive your personal information.

Your choices

You can request to see, update, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Just email us at hello@dropsignal.co and we'll take care of it.
